Mesa is a very cute little dun mare who was rescued from slaughter. She was sent to the slaughter auction by her owner who was pregnant and did not want to have to feed the horse when she could not ride her. Luckily, we saved her.

Mesa was adopted by a wonderful couple, Alicia and Levi, who love her and have been training her to race barrels! We couldn't have found a more perfect home for her!
