update: 5/11/07 Happy news as Honeysuckle is adopted by Cullene and her daughter of Las Vegas! Honeysuckle will be renamed "Cinderella"- and that is just what her story is- a poor slaughter bound horse now treated like a princess! Cinderella joins other Shiloh Horses, Promise, Cody, Monticello, and Sorrento in her new family.

This is a very sweet big mare who was rescued from slaughter in Utah. She is sound and healthy. We were told she is not for beginner riders, but we will evaluate her. She has great manners and trailered well.

Sadly, Honeysuckle was brought to the slaughter auction by a University of UtahT Agricultural college. She had been used for riding lessons for the college students, but was no longer needed and was brought to the auction.
