Shiloh's Feed Fairies

So far the July 2010 Feed Fairies have bought 34 bags.

Oftentimes, we have people tell us that they want to help out the Shiloh Horses, but that they can only donate a small amount. They ask us, "what can $10.00 help?" We say, it helps alot! ANY amount is a huge help for the horses, no amount is ever too small!

With some many senior horses residing at Shiloh, we currently are feeding over 300 bags of senior feed per month! That is a lot of food. Shiloh is home to many, many older horses who need to eat this formulated feed to help them keep their weight on and to stay heathy. Shiloh feeds anywhere from 10-14 bags of this feed PER DAY. That's over 300 bags PER MONTH! Senior feed is one of our biggest expenses, behind hay.

So, we have set up The Feed Fairies Program where you can become a Feed Fairy for as little as $10.00!

Your $10.00 tax deductable donation will buy ONE BAG of Senior feed for the rescue horses. It's a little amount that adds up to alot for the horses and you know that your money is going directly to buying a badly needed item.
