UPDATE:2/26/07 Happy news as Nye is adopted out to a new home today! She was adopted by a great horseman from Las Vegas who will work with her and get her going. Nye was untouchable, we do not think she was EVER handled in her entire life (except what we did here at Shiloh). She is a beautiful mare, but needed to go to a home where she is given all of the one on one attention she needs. Nye joins another Shiloh Horse, Gem, in her new home.

Nye is a big mare who was rescued from a feedlot in Fallon, NV where she had given birth to her baby foal.

The foal is a colt (surprise!) and seems to be healthy. He was born on March 31st, 2006. He has been named Fallon, for the place he was born.
