7/20/13 Blackjack is looking for his new home. This is a nice big gelding who will do great as a pleasure riding horse. Good family horse. Ties and stands for farrier, grooming and tacking. Trailers very well. Sound and ready for his new future! Goes on trail and in arena.

7/3/13 Blackjack was returned by his adoptive family. In his former home he competed in Horse Trials and was ridden, shown and jumped by Pony Clubbers. He was not able to stand up to the steady jumping that he needed to do to stay as a competitor. He will be perfect as a family and pleasure riding horse. He will be re-evaluated and will be looking for a new suitable home very soon. A beautiful big gelding.

6/25/08 We are evaluating BlackJack- this is one very nice solid gelding. He has good manners and is easy to ride. He is rusty in the arena- but likes trails. He has been ridden all over the ranch and has great manners. He is sound, solid, and healthy. He will make a good man's horse, but will do well with a woman or teenager too.

I researched his lip tattoo, Black Jack did not race. He was foaled in New Jersey on March 7, 1999. His Jockey Club reg name is "Fort Folio", his sire is Fort Wayne (by Seattle Slew) and his dam is Forlioso (by Vittorioso). Shiloh does NOT have his original registration papers.

6/19/08 Blackjack has returned to Shiloh due to finacial issues in his adoptive home. This is a very friendly big gelding. He is sound and healthy, he was well cared for in his adoptive home and should be able to be re-adopted very quickly.
