She is growing into an elegant filly. She will make a wonderful hunter Jumper prospect when she is older. A very nice looking tall filly.

UPDATE: 5/1/07 We have decided to place little Dizzy up for adoption- although she will have to remain at Shiloh untuil she is ready to be weaned from her mother at approx 6 months. It's never too early to start bonding! Dizzy is a beautiful and elegant little filly.

Vertigo, one of the pregnant feedlot mares recently rescued off of the Fallon feedlot, gave birth early this morning to a healthy chestnut filly! We have named the filly "Dizzy". She is up and eating, napping, and starting to bounce around!

Dizzy is a bit thin and ribby, as are most of the feedlot foals- but she is tall, a bigger foal, and should fill out nicely as she gets the food she needs. Vertigo is doing wonderfully and is an extremely protective mother.
