Please join us on May 1, 2010 at Shiloh as we welcome Extreme Mustang Makeover participant, Joe Weitekamp, for a special clinic. A perfect opportunity for those who have horses who need some help. Joe will be teaching his techniques of handling and gaining the respect of a difficult horse on the ground and building a stronger relationship with your horse.
It's time for another Joe Weitekamp Training Clinic! Our last clinic with Joe in November was a huge success, and we are hoping to have just as much fun this time around! See Photos from our first clinic here!
Joe will be bringing a Mustang to demonstrate with and will be teaching participants to gain their horses' respect from the ground up. This is a perfect opportunity for Mustang and Rescue adoptive owners and a great way to learn techniques to form a solid relationship with your horse from which to build upon!
All breeds and ages of horses are welcome to participate. Even Yearlings are welcome!
The cost for participants is $45.00 for horse/handler teams, the clinic can be audited for $20.00. Auditors can watch, record, and ask questions from ringside. All proceeds from this event will go to the National Wild Horse Association (NWHA) and Shiloh Horse Rescue.
In addition, Joe Weitekamp will be doing an exhibition with his Mustang before heading down to Norco, CA to compete in the Norco Extreme Mustang Trail Challenge on May 14-16. This will be the last time they will have together in front of a crowd before the competition!

Overnight boarding is available at Shiloh for $15.00 night, which includes grass mix hay. We have lots of trailer parking as well and we will have some empty corrals that horses can be put into during the day on Saturday.
