11/13/19 Rescued from a Neglect Situation in Newell, SD. One of eleven aniamls taken in from that location.

Dark palomino mare (very small) had very neglected hooves when she arrived. All four hooves were corkscrewed. Was sore from neglected hooves. Infected eye as well, does appear to be blind in one eye.
