UPDATE: 11/19/07 Happy news as Ginger's adoption is pending to a new home! Ginger is now a healthy weight (still a little thin), looking great, and happy and healthy. She is very sweet and gentle, very easy to ride. Her adoption is pending to Doreen of Las Vegas! A new better life ahead for this special horse!


Arrived at Shiloh on 10/15/07

Ginger and her baby, Trooper came to Shiloh after being attacked by a Pit Bull Dog. Trooper is all torn up (see his page) and it looks like Ginger tried to help her baby- he face is all bitten up.

Concerned neighbors called Animal Control after noticing the wounds and the lack of feed and care the horses were receiving from their owners. The owners signed both horses over to Shiloh.

Both mom and baby are doing well, their wounds are being treated.
