UPDATE:2/26/07 Happy news as Gem is adopted out to a new home today! She was adopted by a great horseman from Las Vegas who will work with her and get her going. Gem was untouchable, we do not think she was EVER handled in her entire life (except what we did here at Shiloh). She is a really cute little mare, but needed to go to a home where she is given all of the one on one attention she needs. Gem joins another Shiloh Horse, Nye, in her new home.

Gem is a cute Appaloosa mare who was rescued from a feedlot in Fallon, NV. She was heavily pregnant when she arrived and soon gave birth to a super cute pinto filly who we named Feather!
