11/30/08 Great news as Blue Moon is adopted by nancy and Carol of North Carolina! He is adopted along with another Shiloh Horse, Twinkle, and they will be moving on to their new homes by Spring. Until then, they will be boarded at Shiloh. A great home with beautiful green grass for these two lucky young horses.

4/13/08 Blue Moon getting some bonding time with Shiloh volunteer Dave.

Blue Moon has turned a beautiful Blue Roan color! He is so cute and a very good looking colt. What a cutie!!!!

UPDATE: 5/19/07 Bluee moon is doing great- kicking up his heels and enjoying his new life!

We have put Moony up for adoption- but he will need to stay at Shiloh until he is weaned from his mother at about 6 months of age and he will need to be gelded. It is never to earlier to bond with your new horse!

Blue Moon, a little black- but soon to be roan- colt was born a few days ago. His mother, Sapphire was rescued off of the Fallon feedlot with the help of the FOBs. Blue moon and Sapphire are both doing great- little "Moony" loves to get out and play and has made friends with other foals, Latte and Nitro.
