Gracie (Albany) and Omaha enjoying their green pasture on 5/10/07! What a great horse life for them!

Albany was rescued from slaughter in Utah. She was actually brought to the slaughter auction by her "childhood friend" who decided that he no longer wanted her. So instead of finding his long time horse friend a new home or even euthanasing her in her home enviroment, he thought that it would be worth it for him to make $100 at the end by sending her to slaughter. Very sad.

Albany is a wonderfully gentle horse who has been very happily adopted by the Hoppins family of Las Vegas. She has been renamed "Gracie" and joins another Shiloh horse, Omaha, in her new home.
