11/29/11 Brisa is working on her leading and picking up her feet, etc. She is laid back and level headed. A cute young filly who enjoys being lead around by volunteers.

10/3/11: Brisa is looking for her new home. She is very cute and sweet. She just needs more attention than we can give her- she will lead and hold up her feet for the farrier. A cute little filly with a bright future ahead. Brisa is sound and healthy.

8/25/10 Brisa is growing up strong and healthy and is spending her days in Kinder Care with the other babies! She loves to be scratched.

Born at Shiloh on 6/6/10 to the Thoroughbred mare, Breeze who was rescued off of the slaughter feedlot two months ago.

Sadly, Breeze was very thin at the time of her rescue and we did all we could in the two months we had to get her healthier, but Brisa was born a bit thin. But, she is nursing well and very active so she should catch up to a normal weight in no time.

Brisa means "Breeze" in Spanish.
