1/19/10 Happy news as Liberado is being adopted by Cheryl of Las Vegas where he will join former Shiloh Horse, Silverado, in his new home. A great home for this special gelding.



ADOPTION FEE: $800.00

1/3/10- Although Liberado is still in rehab and gaining weight, we decided to move him to our available for adoption area. We will continue to work with him until his home comes along. He is sound and healthy, and is broke to ride. He is rusty under saddle so he needs someone who will get him back on track. He has been learning Parelli games and enjoys being out and handled. A very interesting and nice gelding who will make an excellent riding horse. I think he would do very well in Endurance riding!  

Arrived at Shiloh on 12/19/09.

Donated by his owner who had lost his job and who had been unable to feed the horse for the past few days.

His former owner's name is Liberado, which in English means "set free, released or delivered". It fit his situation perfectly, so we named him that.

Liberado is a 7 year old Arabian gelding who appears healthy and sound. We are not sure if he is broke to ride, but with time and work, he will make someone a very nice horse.
