8/29/12 Sleetwood Mac is now looking for his new home! This is such a cool big gelding- big and strong, willing and friendly. He is all healed up and shouldn't have to stand in a rescue for the rest of his life. He will make an excellent pleasure riding horse, no jumping due to his old healed fetlock racing injury. He is moving totally sound and we will continue to work with Sleet until his home comes along. Sleet ties, trailers and stands for the Farrier. A really great guy!

12/13/11 Sleetwood is doing well, but like all horses after the rain very muddy, Big Pasture...

8/21/11 Sleetwood and best pal, Boone is having breakfast together in the Big Pastures. He is a happy horse, and enjoy life.

6/22/11 Sleet is doing great in the Big Pasture with all his friends living a wonderful horse life.

9/16/10 Sleet is still doing well and spends his days hanging out with his friends in the pasture.

6/22/10 Sleet is doing very well and staying happy and content in the pasture with his friends.

5/30/10 Sleet is doing great, staying very fat and happy in his pasture.

11/19/09 Sleet is out in the Big Pasture now where he has buddied up with some friends and spends his days eating and roaming back in the trees.

Arrived at Shiloh 10/25/09. Sleetwood was donated by his caring owner for financial reasons.

Sleetwood had originally stopped at Shiloh on his way to CA along with Numerous. Both horses came by way of the Finger Lakes Adoption Program. Although Sleet had only spent some time at Shiloh (only a day or two a few years ago), we still felt a responsibility toward him and wanted to help his owner out when she could no longer care for him.

Sleet does have an old racing injury.

His reg JC name is "Sleetwood Mac", his dam is Moments Delight by General Assembly, his sire is Seattle Sleet. He raced 67 times and earned $287,813.00. He was foaled in PA on 2/15/97.
