7/21/13 Happy news as Alpine was adopted this morning and will be joining Shiloh Horse, Indy, in his new home.

ADOPTION FEE: $600.00

Additional info: Alpine is allergic to Penicillin- he has had a severe reaction in the past to IM Penicillin where his neck and throat swelled up.

7/16/13 Alpine is now looking for his new home. He is currently working in the arena and going out on trail. He is well mannered but is still a bit rusty. We will contine to work with him until his new home comes along. He is moving sound and has good ground manners. Stands for the farrier, mounting and tacking. 

6/26/13 Alpine has begun being evaluated for adoption to a new home. We are beginning to work him under saddle and take him out on trails. He appears to be well mannered and willing. More info to come, he will most likely be up for adoption towards the end of July 2013. 

Alpine was donated to Shiloh on 6/14/13 by his very caring owners who were no longer able to care for him. He was well loved and cared for in his home.

Alpine, registered name "Why Knot Us", is on OTTB Thoroughbred who last raced in 2011. He was foaled on Feb 28, 2004. He does have an old bone chip in his knee which appears to be healed and stabilaized does not seem to bother him. He is a bit rusty but we will work with him and evaluate him for adoption to a pleasure riding home.
