2/5/11 Happy news as Bladwin has found his new home. He will enjoy a nice pleasure riding home and will also be used as a therapy horse for battered women. A good home and direction for this nice gelding.

12/13/10 Baldwin is now looking for his new home. He is sound and healthy and fun to ride. A very laid back gelding, good out on walks on long rein, goes english or western. Has hopped over fences. Great ground manners, good for Farrier.

Baldwin is beginning to work under saddle and is being evaluated for re-adoption. He is fun to ride and has good manners. He has spent some time in a pasture before returning to Shiloh so he is a bit rusty, but that will improve as he gets back on track. He is moving sound and is  a very nice gelding. We have put him right up for adoption and will continue to work with him until the right home comes along.

11/23/10 Baldwin has returned to Shiloh due to personal reasons in his adoptive home. He looks wonderful and will make someone a really nice gelding.

Baldwin, now renamed Reese, has moved with his new family (and Shiloh Horse Pequito) to New York where everyone is doing wonderfully!

UPDATE: 9/7/07 Happy news as Baldwin's adoption is pending to Chris and Laurie! Baldwin joins another Shiloh horse, Pequito in his new home! We could not be happier with this home!


Baldwin is a nice looking gelding who was rescued off of the Fallon, NV feedlot before the slaughter trucks arrived. He was saved with donations by the FOBs.

Bladwin still had his racing plates on when he was rescued- dumped right off the racetrack to be slaughtered.
