7/21/11 Wasabi is doing well in the Big Pastures with his friend Presidio, and the rest of the herd.

7/24/09 Wasabi was finally able to move out into a pasture with other horses. He is very happy in his new surroundings. We are going to begin evaluating him to see if he can move on to a new home at some point. He is so friendly and craves attention. We are going to contact the vet about moving on with his treatments for the contracted tendon.

5/12/09 Wasabi is doing great, he is fat and happy and best of all, he is gelded. We are still keeping him away from other horses because he is still a bit studdy. Once his hormaones go away, he will be able to join a herd enviromnent. He is still suffering from a contracted tendon on his front leg. Our vet is hoping to try a new way of treating this problem with Botox injections. That will be interesting!

3/2/09 We have named him Wasabi.

2/23/09 Rescued from the Fallon Auction in Northern Nevada. This guy was saved after the auction where he was headed to slaughter this week. He will be gelded ASAP! He was saved for $275
